When Valentine's Day rolls around, it becomes that much harder to impress with just any sweet treat and that is why so many people decided to visit the Sunday Island Market!
Perfect symbols of love from myriad one-of-a-kind gifts designed by some of Cape Town’s best up-an-coming art, fashion, jewellery and interior designers were plenty on Valentine's Day. The Cape’s finest culinary treats - all with a special Valentine’s twist were sampled. Delectable chocolates PLUS A CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN, biltong relish, love crepes, sushi, baked products and even steak & Guinness pies were enjoyed by visitors. The market also provided entertainment for the whole family with special child-friendly activities at the Kids Treasure Cove all were free and fully supervised. |
